Romelu Lukaku will be back in the Inter starting XI in this weekend’s Serie A match away to Roma, according to a report from an Italian broadcaster.
As per a report from Sky Sport Italia, the Belgian will be back in the starting Antonio Conte’s line-up for the Nerazzurri after starting the loss to Sampdoria on the bench as a precautionary measure.
Lukaku’s return is sure to come as a great boost to coach Conte and the Inter team as a whole, who currently sit second in Serie A, with Lukaku having played a big part in that.
The 27-year-old prolific forward will come in in place of Alexis Sanchez and he will resume his formidable striker partnership with Lautaro Martinez.
Matteo Darmian and Arturo Vidal will also be back in the starting line-up with them to replace Ashley Young and Roberto Gagliardini respectively.
Probable Inter starting line-up (3-5-2): Handanovic; Skriniar, De Vrij, Bastoni; Hakimi, Barella, Brozovic, Vidal, Darmian; Lukaku, Martinez.
