Inter duo Romelu Lukaku and Stefan de Vrij have been nominated for the team of the year in club partners EA Sports’ video game FIFA 21.
Lukaku has been in inspired form over the past year and has been absolutely prolific in front of goal, with few others around Europe able to have scored more goals than he has (50 in 71 games for Inter).
De Vrij was meanwhile recognised as the best defender in Serie A for the 2019-20 season and his performances on the park have clearly not gone unnoticed by EA Sports either.
