Inter wing-back Achraf Hakimi was the Nerazzurri’s best performing player in yesterday afternoon’s 2-2 Serie A draw away to Roma, Italian media claim.
Hakimi scored Inter’s second goal of the game at the Stadio Olimpico and in the player ratings in today’s print edition of Gazzetta dello Sport, he has been handed a rating of 7.5/10 for his efforts against Paulo Fonseca’s side, with Antonio Conte’s decision to substitute the Moroccan criticised as ‘a terrible idea’.
Marcelo Brozovic, Romelu Lukaku and Lautaro Martinez were meanwhile not far behind Hakimi in the ratings scale with the trio all receiving ratings of 7/10.
Samir Handanovic, Milan Skriniar, Stefan de Vrij and Ashley Young were all rated 6.5/10 and Matteo Darmian, Arturo Vidal and Nicolo Barella all got 6/10.
The worst performers on the day for Inter were Ivan Perisic and Alessandro Bastoni with both the Croatian and Italian being handed ratings of 5.5/10 for their performances by the Milan based news outlet.
Inter are next in action on Wednesday afternoon in the Coppa Italia away to Fiorentina, with kick off scheduled for 15:00 local time.
