Ivan Perisic was Inter’s standout performer in yesterday’s 2-1 win at Fiorentina in the last 16 of the Coppa Italia, according to an Italian media report.

The Croatian national team created a number of good chances for teammates who were ultimately unable to capitalise on them and was given a rating of 7/10 in Gazzetta dello Sport’s player ratings this morning.

Achraf Hakimi and Romelu Lukaku, who scored the Nerazzurri’s 119th-minute winner at the Stadio Artemio Franchi, were judged to be Inter’s next best players in Florence, with both being handed ratings of 6.5/10.

Antonio Conte, Samir Handanovic, Milan Skriniar, Andrea Ranocchia, Ashley Young, Arturo Vidal, Roberto Gagliardini, Stefan de Vrij and Nicolo Barella have all meanwhile been given ratings of 6/10 for their efforts in Florence.

Aleksandar Kolarov and Christian Eriksen, who was deployed in a new role of regista, were both given ratings of 5.5/10 and the worst performer for Inter on the day was striker Lautaro Martinez, who was rated just 5/10.

Inter face city rivals AC Milan in the quarter-finals, with reports today suggesting the match will take place on Tuesday January 26.
