Inter’s Belgian international striker Romelu Lukaku has reached an impressive goalscoring milestone with his brace against Benevento at the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza last night.
This according to football stat outlet Opta who tweeted out that the former Manchester United player has now scored 150 league goals in Europe’s top 5 leagues.
Inter won the match 4-0 thanks to a brace from Romelu Lukaku as well as a goal from Lautaro Martinez with Improta breaking the deadlock with an own-goal following a Christian Eriksen set piece.
The Nerazzurri now sit in second place in the Serie A Standings with 44 points, just 2 shy of cross-town rival AC Milan on 46 who defeated Bologna away yesterday afternoon by 2-1.
