Inter are not alone in being interested in signing Udinese goalkeeper Juan Musso, according to an Italian newspaper report today.

As per Corriere dello Sport’s print edition, Musso is also subject to interest from Inter and Udinese’s fellow Serie A side Roma.

The Giallorossi are said to be considering the position of Pau Lopez as their starting goalkeeper and are looking around at potential replacements.

Roma sporting director Tiago Pinto has already evaluated several players and the favourite is Musso, although the 26-year-old costs a lot and has a lot of other admirers outside Italy.

Pierluigi Gollini and Marco Silvestri are both also said to be on Roma’s radar and the Atalanta and Hellas Verona shot-stoppers have also been linked with Inter, who are on the lookout for a long-term replacement for current number one Samir Handanovic.

This season Musso, for whom Udinese would reportedly want in the region of €30 million, has six clean sheets in 20 appearances.
