Suning continue to negotiate the sale of the Nerazzurri with interested party BC Partners amidst interest from the Abu Dhabi based Mubadala fund, Italian media claim.

According to La Repubblica, Suning and BC Partners negotiations are still alive and progressing despite competition for BC from Mubadala fund.

The two parties are reported to not too far away from a conclusion, whether that may be an agreement found or an agreement to walk away from the negotiations.

In the scenario that the two parties cannot reach an agreement, Suning have other interested parties waiting to step in and take over from BC, the main one being Mubadala.

Despite Suning once already claiming the deal had been broken off, BC Partners remained determined and sent an offer to Suning headquarters to take over the club.

The London based fund estimated Inter to be worth under €800 million, with Suning disagreeing and countering with a €1 billion estimation.

The two parties continue to search for a middle ground however if BC cannot find an agreement Suning may be forced to turn their attention to Mubadala who wait patiently for their chance to pounce.
