Bayern Munich’s interest for Inter midfielder Lucien Agoume is very much real, as reported by the German media today.
Inter are expected to bring the 18-year-old back to the club at the end of this season after Agoume completes his loan spell at Spezia.
The Nerazzurri reportedly want to make the French youngster a key player in their side for future years, but Bayern are thought to be keen on snapping up Agoume.
BILD reporter Christian Falk confirmed the midfielder was on the Bundesliga giants’ radar, tweeting: “True!
“Bayern is interested in Lucien Agoume.”
A report in Italy on Monday claimed Marseille, Lyon and Villarreal were also following Agoume and were prepared to offer him regular game time next season, something Bayern might not be able to provide.
Inter are thought to be reluctant to let Agoume slip through their fingers, but the Nerazzurri’s ongoing economic struggles may force them to consider offers that arrive in this summer’s transfer window.
Agoume has made nine appearances in Serie A for Spezia during the current campaign, albeit he was an unused substitute last Saturday when Vincenzo Italiano’s side defeated AC Milan 2-0.
