Antonio Conte will name two changes to the side that started in last Thursday’s 2-1 win over Parma for Inter’s Serie A match at home to Atalanta, according to an Italian broadcaster’s report.
As per Sky Sport 24, the former Italian national team coach will bring Arturo Vidal into the starting line-up tonight in place of Christian Eriksen, who has played well in recent weeks and turned things around for himself.
In addition to Vidal, Conte, who is little over 18 months into his tenure in charge of Inter, will bring Lautaro Martinez back into the team with the Argentine to replace Alexis Sanchez, who helped Inter to victory over Parma with a brace.
Conte will otherwise deploy the ‘usual suspects’ to complete the team to take on the Bergamo-based club.
Probable Inter starting line-up (3-5-2): Samir Handanovic; Milan Skriniar, Stefan de Vrij, Alessandro Bastoni; Achraf Hakimi, Nicolo Barella, Marcelo Brozovic, Arturo Vidal, Ivan Perisic; Romelu Lukaku, Lautaro Martinez.
