Inter have received a boost in their bid to sign Udinese goalkeeper Juan Musso, as reported by the Italian media.

Calciomercato.com revealed last night that Roma had turned their attention to Atalanta’s Pierluigi Gollini, who is now considered the favourite to replace Pau Lopez in the Giallorossi’s goal.

Roma sporting director Tiago Pinto has already spoken to Gollini’s agent Giuseppe Riso about a move to the capital, with Gian Piero Gasperini seemingly preferring Marco Sportiello now in Bergamo.

AC Milan could battle Roma to sign Gollini if Gianluigi Donnarumma does not sign a contract extension.

Musso remains a profile Roma are following, just like Inter, while they are also monitoring Cagliari’s Alessio Cragno (another goalkeeper Inter are reportedly keen on).

CM’s report also noted that Gollini’s agent Riso also manages Andrei Radu, a player Roma have always liked.

Inter have drawn their own links to Gollini in recent months, with the 25-year-old having made 22 appearances for Atalanta so far this season.

Roma would be looking to sign the former Aston Villa and Hellas Verona shot-stopped on a two-year loan with an option to buy for €25 million.

Inter were linked with a move for Napoli’s Alex Meret in a report from Gazzetta dello Sport today.
