Inter can use their next three Serie A matches as an opportunity to bring home the Scudetto, as they are just nine points shy of guaranteeing the title.

Antonio Conte’s side have opened up a nine-point gap over AC Milan at the top of the table with just six games remaining, putting them in pole position for a first Serie A success since 2010.

As reported in today’s newspaper edition of La Gazzetta dello Sport, Inter have been handed a favourable run-in over the coming weeks and the next three games have been described as a sprint to the finish line, whilst Conte shows no sign of letting up.

Inter begin this mini-cycle with the visit of Hellas Verona tomorrow, before facing bottom-club Crotone next week and welcoming mid-table Sampdoria on 9 May.

The Nerazzurri continue to count on players like Romelu Lukaku, Lautaro Martinez, and Nicolo Barella and will turn to them as they hope to guarantee the Scudetto as soon as mathematically possible.
