Inter are set to meet with Cagliari executives to discuss the transfers of Radja Nainggolan and Nahitan Nandez in the coming days, according to a report in the Italian media today.

According to a report from FCInterNews, Radja Nainggollan is keen to remain in Sardinia and play for Cagliari, which is where he spent last season on loan from Inter.

The Belgian midfielder is very attached to the Rossoblu and it’s expected that the two clubs will be able to strike a deal.

The issue is that Cagliari can only afford a cut-price deal, and Inter are in a financial position where they cannot afford to make losses.

It is believed that Cagliari player Nahitan Nandez will be discussed during the meeting, as he is a player that the Nerazzurri are very interested in.

Inter are prepared to offer two young players in exchange to try and knock €20-25 million off of the Rossblu’s asking price. The players could include Sebastiano Esposito, Martin Satriano, or Michele Di Gregorio.
