Incoming Inter head coach is in contact with CEO Beppe Marotta and Sporting Director Piero Ausilio to plan next season.

This is according to today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, who claim that the new head coach is keen to be involved in decision-making at the Nerazzurri since joining, as he wants to make his impression on the direction of the club.

The Italian tactician is hoping to play a major role in setting the direction for the club as they look to approach a potentially frenetic transfer market with Inzaghi transitioning the squad through financial problems and the fallout of former head coach Antonio’s departure.

Despite the transfer market not having officially begun, Inzaghi is already said to have taken a significant role in discussions about the club’s direction.

For the time being conferences on the market strategy are done on the phone or via Zoom, and it is thought there are few days where Inzaghi, Marotta, and Ausilio are not heavily involved in calls together.
