Sassuolo may look to create a bidding war between multiple clubs for Inter target Giacomo Raspadori this summer, according to a report in the Italian media today.

As has been explained by La Gazzetta dello Sport, the Neroverdi might not fully entertain the idea of a departure for Giacomo Raspadori until they can drive up his price a bit more by letting big clubs fight for his signature.

Sassuolo are an incredibly well-run club and they do not let their talents go until they know they can get the maximum fee. A quality academy and quality negotiations are the business model.

That is why often with players like Giacomo Raspadori and Manuel Locatelli, they maintain that they are not for sale until it becomes clear that clubs are willing to fight for them.

Right now, Giacomo Raspadori could be sold for €20 million but Sassuolo know that if he scores a goal at EURO 2020 or another big club challenges Inter for him, they can receive a lot more money.
