New Inter boss Simone Inzaghi has decided on five rules or buzzwords that he wants his Inter team to live by whilst he is in charge, according to a report in the Italian print media today.

As has been outlined in the pages of La Gazzetta dello Sport, Simone Inzaghi wants his Inter players to express five things whilst he is in charge of the team which are dialogue, continuity, flexibility, freedom, and aggression.

This is the same philosophy that he implemented whilst leading Lazio for the past five years and he turned them into a much more successful and credible club than they were when he took over.

Simone Inzaghi will continue to use the 3-5-2 system with wing-backs that Antonio Conte used at Inter before him, and that he used at Lazio. This means that the continuity he speaks of should be easy for the players as the system is not new.
