Inter are considering moving for a duo of Premier League players to reinforce in wide areas this summer, with Arsenal’s Hector Bellerin and Manchester City’s Benjamin City targets.

This according to Italian broadcaster SportMediaset, who reported earlier this afternoon that the Nerazzurri are pursuing loan moves for the players as they look to strengthen the options available to Simone Inzaghi on each side of the pitch.

Bellerin’s name has come up in recent weeks as a possibility to replace the departing Achraf Hakimi, and the Nerazzurri are hard at work trying to make a deal for the 26-year-old happen.

It is reported that the Gunners want an offer of at least €20 million for the Spaniard and want to sell him on a permanent basis rather than on loan.

However, the Nerazzurri hope that they can persuade the London club to accept an initial loan offer, and will hope that the player’s own desire to move to the Giuseppe Meazza could play a key role in making the deal happen.

On the left side of the pitch, also thought to be a priority in the summer transfer market, the Nerazzurri have turned to Manchester City left-back Mendy.

The Frenchman is out of favour with City coach Pep Guardiola, and it is thought that he would be let go of for the right offer, and Inter are weighing up a move for the player.
