Premier Legaue club Tottenham Hotspur have made an offer worth €35 million for Inter defender Milan Skriniar, though the player has no interest in a move to the London club.

This according to Italian news outlet L’Interista, who report that the player wants to remain with the Nerazzurri, while the club also turned down Tottenham’s approach.

Tottenham have been linked with the Slovak in the past, and appear to be returning for him in this window, having made an offer for €30 million plus another €5 million in add-ons, though the Nerazzurri would not consider this.

Skriniar is considered to be a vital member of the Nerazzurri’s squad next season, and they have no intention of letting go of the 26-year-old, especially for an offer the size of Tottenham’s.

It is still possible, however, that for an offer in excess of €50 million the club would consider his sale as they look to meet financial targets, though the player’s will could also be a key factor with him having no desire to leave.
