Inter are moving fast in their negotiations with Borussia Mönchengladbach for French forward Marcus Thuram, with an agreement expected early next week, according to a report in the Italian media today.

As has been reported by Corriere della Sera today, Inter CEO Beppe Marotta and Sporting Director Piero Ausilio have been in negotiations with representatives from the Bundesliga club for some days now.

An agreement on the final transfer fee is not very far away at all now apparently. The two clubs are expected to meet in the middle of their two valuations which will be around the €25 million mark.

Borussia Mönchengladbach reportedly wanted around €30 million for the French forward who is the sun of former Parma and Juventus player, Lillian Thuram. Inter were seeking a deal for €22 million so the gap is not very big.

The player himself has already chosen to join Inter, there is no one else that he is looking at right now.
