Inter’s newest star Hakan Calhanoglu has received yet more high ratings from Italian newspapers after his scintillating display against Genoa on Saturday evening, according to a report in the Italian media today.
As has been reported by L’Interista, not everyone could agree on quite how good the Turkish midfielder was during the dominant 4-0 win.
He was given 7.5 out of 10 by both TMW and La Gazzetta dello Sport, but the Roman daily newspaper Corriere dello Sport felt he deserved 8 out of 10 for his efforts.
There is no disputing that Hakan Calhanoglu was the man of the match against Genoa as he set up the first goal from Milan Skriniar, before linking up with Edin Dzeko and smashing a powerful shot past Salvatore Sirigu from outside the box to make it 2-0.
The ex-AC Milan player was dangerous throughout the game and could prove to be a very shrewd piece of business from Inter.
