The President of Lazio, Claudio Lotito, has been discussing Inter’s approaches for the club’s Argentine forward Joaquin Correa who has been heavily linked with the Nerazzurri, according to a report in the Italian broadcast media.

Speaking during an interview with Rai Due on the Novantesimo Minuto program, Claudio Lotito explained how Inter needs to come up with an appropriate offer for Joaquin Correa in order for the Argentine to join the club.

“How much is Correa worth? I don’t do the market on television. If the offer is adequate, we will listen to it and move on.”

The Lazio president also discussed what his feelings are towards Inter boss Simone Inzaghi since he left the Biancocelesti at very short notice.

“The quarrel with Inzaghi? History Magistra vitae, I have deleted certain situations, I think about the future, certainly not about the past.”

Simone Inzaghi had been the coach at Lazio since 2016 when Antonio Conte suddenly left Inter at the end of the 2020/21 season after winning the Scudetto.

Despite being about to sign a new contract extension with Lazio, Simone Inzaghi jumped at the chance to join Inter when they came calling. This has caused a rift between the two clubs.
