Two Inter players look like they are going to alternate all season rather than be in a definitive hierarchy like in most positions, according to a report in the Italian media this evening.
As has been reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport, Federico Dimarco and Ivan Perisic are going to share the left hand side of the pitch throughout this season rather than one being the favourite and the other filling in occasionally.
Due to his Champions League experience, it is expected that Ivan Perisic will be the man to start against Real Madrid when they visit San Siro on Wednesday night in the Champions League group stage.
As for the Sampdoria clash, it is unclear who will get the nod for that game. Whoever doesn’t will likely play the following weekend against Bologna.
That match will be played on the 18th September and Inter will be hoping to be chasing a fourth consecutive league win by then.
