Inter are not likely to sign Fiorentina striker Dusan Vlahovic, with a number of other major European clubs more probable candidates to win the race for his signature.

This according to today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, who report that the Nerazzurri remain interested in the Serb but that they are likely to miss out on his signature with the likes of Juventus and Manchester City also pursuing him.

Vlahovic looks almost certain to leave Tuscany in the next few transfer window, with La Viola President Rocco Commisso having confirmed that he will not renew his current contract which is set to expire at the end of June 2023.

Inter are admirers of the Serbian and had targeted him in the summer, but they will face strong competition for his signature now that he is available.

The Bianconeri are also reported to be strongly interested in Vlahovic and will likely move for him now that he looks to be available, whilst Man City could also swoop for him after having missed out on Harry Kane during the summer.
