Inter could look to bring in Arsenal striker Alexandre Lacazette in the January transfer window should Alexis Sanchez leave the club.

This according to today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, who report that the Frenchman is on the Nerazzurri’s list of targets to replace the Chilean should he depart from the club.

Sanchez has been linked with a move away from the Nerazzurri in January, with the Chilean thought to be unhappy with the amount of playing time that he has received this season since returning from injury.

The club would not stand in the way of him going given the size of his wages, and would look to bring in a replacement should he be on his way out.

The profile sought would be an experienced attacker who could immediately come in and contribute, and Lacazette looks to be potentially close to the exit door at Arsenal, so the Frenchman could be the player to arrive as a replacement for Sanchez.
