Inter defender Stefan de Vrij is glad to have helped the Dutch national team secure a World Cup qualifying win over Latvia.
The 29-year-old helped guide his team to a clean sheet and a win which saw them maintain their spot at the top of their Qatar 2022 qualifying group, ahead of the likes of Norway and Turkey.
De Vrij posted on his Instagram account after the match with photos from the match, showing him in action.
He captioned the post, “Important win, still on top!”
