There is total agreement in place on the contract extension of Lautaro Martinez at Inter, and the club will officially announce the Argentine’s new deal soon.

This according to today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, who report that the Nerazzurri will announce the striker’s new deal until 2026 sometime before the match against Juventus in Serie A.

Martinez’s current deal is set to expire at the end of June 2023, but the club have been working to secure his future with a new contract and the player has come to an agreement.

The Argentine wants to remain with the club and has agreed to a deal which will see him earn a net of around €6 million per season plus add-ons until the end of June 2026.

All that is left now is for the club to make the renewal official and announce it, which is now expected to be forthcoming.
