Inter could get a financial boost from a proposed new TV right deal from Chinese Company Wanda Sports, according to a report in the Italian print media.

As has been reported by Il Sole 24 Ore, Chinese company Wanda Sports have a media and sports marketing company called Infront Italy and they want to buy the TV rights for Serie A.

In terms of the period in question, they want the rights to show the live matches from 2024-2027 and 2027-2030. That would supply some genuine stability t the revenues of the 20 clubs in the division.

The fee they are willing to pay is around €330 million, of which Inter will get a percentage. Italian clubs missed out on some television revenue this season due to the beIN Sports legal battle between Qatar and Saudi Arabia.

Serie A now need to decide if they want to accept this deal and move forward with the partnership or see if bigger offers are out there.
