Arturo Vidal is beginning to show some of his best form at Inter since Simone Inzaghi took charge of the team, according to a report in the Italian media today.

As has been reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport, the Chilean midfielder has now put in some very promising performances when given the chance by Simone Inzaghi.

He was impressive again in the Champions League on Wednesday night as Inter registered a vital 3-1 win over FC Sheriff. In the same fixture two weeks ago, he scored a very important goal.

It is well known that the third place in Simone Inzaghi’s midfield is up for grabs. Nicolo Barella and Marcelo Brozovic are key players, but then there is a rotation between Hakan Calhanoglu, Arturo Vidal, Roberto Gagliardini and Matias Vecino.

As things stand, it seems Arturo Vidal is in the best form of those four players and may be in line to start the Derby della Madonnina on Sunday.
