Napoli defender Kostas Manolas will return in time for the Partenopei’s trip to the San Siro to face Inter on Sunday.
This is confirmed by the club’s official site, where they give an update on the player’s fitness in an announcement and state that he has recovered from his injury setback which will see him ready for the vital head-to-head clash on the weekend.
Manolas has been out for almost a month, having picked up the muscle problem during the Partenopei’s Europa League clash with Legia Warsaw on October 21.
However, he has been working towards a return, and today he participated in a full training session with the rest of the squad with a view to preparing for the Nerazzurri clash.
Napoli boss Luciano Spalletti will be happy to have his defensive options restored ahead of the match against his former team Inter, with Kalidou Koulibaly also back in training.
