Inter are considering a summer move for Lille striker Jonathan David, though they would face competition from the likes of Paris Saint-Germain and Newcastle United for his signature.
This according to French news outlet Le10Sport, who report that the Canadian striker is on the Nerazzurri’s radar as they search for attacking reinforcements.
The Nerazzurri had reportedly been interested in David in the summer of 2020 when he played for Gent, but it was the French side Lille who won the race for his signature.
The 21-year-old impressed with the French side and won the Ligue 1 title in his first season, and his performances have caught the eye of a number of European clubs including Inter once again.
Lille would reportedly allow the Canadian to leave should the right offer arrive, though it remains to be seen if Inter would be ready to meet their valuation or go head to head with any of the other teams interested in him.
