Inter are considering Fiorentina goalkeeper Bartolmieh Dragowski as their backup option to replace Samir Handanovic next summer should they miss out on Ajax’s Andre Onana.
This according to today’s print edition of Rome-based newspaper La Repubblica, who report that the Nerazzurri could move for the 24-year-old if they fail to sign Onana amid links to Barcelona for the Cameroonian.
Inter have reportedly been in advanced talks with Onana for some times on making the 25-year-old the long-term successor to Handanovic next summer when he is out of contract with Ajax.
However, links have recently emerged between the Cameroonian and his former club Barcelona, and if he were to decide on a switch to the Camp Nou on a free transfer rather than Inter then the Nerazzurri would need to pursue an alternative.
Dragowski is a player who Inter have admired for some time, and La Viola value him at €18 million, so the Nerazzurri could swoop next summer in the event that they miss out on Onana.
