Inter defender Alessandro Bastoni is fit to face Torino on Wednesday despite a minor knock picked up.

This according to today’s print edition of Rome-based newspaper Corriere dello Sport, who report that the 22-year-old has a small fitness concern but that he is not injured, while Matteo Darmian is also back in the squad.

Inter have only one match left to go in 2021, against Torino at the San Siro, and coach Simone Inzaghi will be able to call on one of his key defenders in the form of Bastoni, who was substituted off during the second half of Friday’s clash with Salernitana.

Meanwhile, Darmian is also ready to make his full return from a thigh injury that he picked up in the Nerazzurri’s win away at Venezia and which has ruled him out of their last few matches.

Lastly, Joaquin Correa is still definitely set to miss the Torino clash, but should be able to return early in 2022.
