No more Inter players have tested positive for COVID-19 after the likes of Edin Dzeko, Martian Satriano, and Alex Cordaz turned up positive tests upon their returns to training.

This according to Italian news outlet FCInterNews, who report that the latest rounds of tests have not uncovered any new cases in the Nerazzurri’s squad.

Inter have been taking extra precautions around COVID during the return to training from the winter break due to the global spike in cases brought upon by the rise of the more transmissible Omicron variant of the virus.

The likes of Dzeko, Satriano, and Cordaz were all determined to have been positive by the tests which the squad initially underwent, and are accordingly in self-isolation for the time being.

Meanwhile, the likes of Joaquin Correa, Arturo Vidal, and Matias Vecino have not been reported to have tested positive after having been tested upon their returns to training from South America.
