Inter are set to extend the contract of young Uruguayan striker Martin Satriano before loaning him out so he can gain more experience, according to a report in the Italian media.
As has been reported by FCInternews, the youngster currently has a contract that will run out in 2024 but the plan is for that deadline to be extended to 2026.
Simone Inzaghi decided to keep Martin Satriano at the club this season rather than loan him out to see if he could force his way into regular game time but that has not materialised so far.
Therefore it is very likely that once the contract renewal has been finalised, he will then be loaned out to either an Italian team or a team in a different country so he can develop at a faster rate.
Stade Brest is the most likely destination for him, with Cagliari and FC Basel also in contention.
