Inter have completed the signing of wing-back Robin Gosens from Atalanta, according to the player’s agent Paolo Busardo.
Speaking to Italian news outlet FCInter1908, Busardo confirmed that the deal to take the German to the Nerazzurri on loan initially before making a permanent transfer in the summer has been finalized.
Inter have moved fast to sign Gosens, who the club has identified as the right player to succeed Ivan Perisic in the long term.
Talks with both the 27-year-old and with his club Atalanta have progressed swiftly, and now all that looks to be left to make him an Inter player are for his medicals to be completed, which are scheduled for tomorrow.
Gosens is currently injured but is expected to return around the end of next month, and he will be a Nerazzurri on loan until the end of the season, and then sign on a permanent transfer in the summer, signing a four-year contract until 2026.
Busardo confirmed that “For Gosens, the deal is done with Inter. It’s a €25 million transfer, plus add-ons. Tomorrow he’ll have his medicals. He’s super happy.”
