Inter owners Suning are looking for minority investors in the club, but they have no interest in selling the Nerazzurri outright.
This according to today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, who report that the Chinese company look to be less likely than ever to be willing to sell a controlling interest in Inter.
Suning have already resisted attempts to purchase the Nerazzurri, including at times when their control of the club looked to be in financial peril.
Now, with a recent €415 million bond issued to refinance the club’s debt, and the work that has been done with the loan from Oaktree Capital since the summer, the club can guarantee liquidity for the next two seasons.
As such, even though the owners are still always on the lookout for minority investors to inject cash into the club through US investment bank Goldman Saches, they have no interest in selling the club.
