Inter wing-back Ivan Perisic is hoping to make a move to the Premier League in the summer when his contract expires, but has not yet received any offers from an English side.
This according to today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Il Giorno, who report that the 32-year-old is hoping for a move to the English top flight before the end of his career.
Perisic’s current deal is set to expire at the end of June, and the club will sit down with him to try and agree a new contract but he is also considering the possibility of joining a new club on a free transfer.
Having so far spent the bulk of his career in the Bundesliga and in Serie A with Inter, the Croat is interested in the possibility of moving to the Premier League when his contract runs out.
However, as of yet no clubs from the English top flight have come forward with serious offers, and this could well push the player to lower his salary request with the Nerazzurri.
