One of Alexis Sanchez or Lautaro Martinez is set to partner Edin Dzeko in attack in Inter’s starting lineup to face AC Milan in the derby on Saturday.

This according to today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, who report that Nerazzurri coach Simone Inzaghi will evaluate both when they return from international duty in making his decision.

Both Sanchez and Martinez have wrapped up their international duty with last night’s World Cup qualifying wins for Chile and Argentina respectively, and both should arrive in time to be in training tomorrow morning.

Inzaghi will be closely watching both players, who look to be in good form and who each scored in yesterday’s wins with their national sides, to see how their form and fitness levels look ahead of the derby on Saturday.

Meanwhile, Edin Dzeko has been training with the squad over the break and is all but certain to start, while Felipe Caicedo will also be in the squad.
