Inter are not wasting any time in trying to rectify the problems that cost them in yesterday’s 2-1 loss to AC Milan in the derby.

This according to Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia, who report that the Nerazzurri are already on the training ground where their focus is analyzing the match for what went wrong in view of important upcoming matches.

The derby loss will sting the Nerazzurri players, especially given the circumstances in which they fell to a second-half brace from Olivier Giroud after having looked in full control for much of the evening.

However, with a Coppa Italia tie against Roma coming up during the week followed by an away trip to face Napoli in Serie A and the first leg of their Champions League round of sixteen tie against Liverpool following in the space of around a week they can’t afford to dwell on the emotions.

The most important thing now for the team looks to be learning from the mistakes that saw them concede twice in a short span after having looked convincing for so long.

The schedule isn’t getting any easier for the Nerazzurri, and their priority is to get right into working on the specific issues that cost them yesterday so that they do not affect them in their upcoming matches.
