Intr’s forward players have come under fire after their display against Liverpool in the 2-0 Champions League defeat last night, according to a report in the Italian print media today.

As has been reported by Tuttosport when handing out their player ratings after the match, Edin Dzeko and Lautaro Martinez did not have their finest day in front of goal and neither did Alexis Sanchez when he came off the bench.

Edin Dzeko was given a rating of 5.5 out of 10 whilst Lautaro Martinez was only given five out of 10. It was pointed out that the Argentine striker appears to be lacking confidence.

In terms of those who played well, Milan Skriniar was singled out for praise after he performed well against very good Liverpool attackers. He was given seven out of 10.

There were ratings of 6.5 out of 10 for Denzel Dumfries and Ivan Perisic on the wings and seven out of 10 for Hakan Calhanoglu.
