Inter are increasingly pushing to sign Torino Bremer during the summer transfer window, whilst they have made Marseille midfielder Boubacar Kamara a target to deputize for Marcelo Brozovic.

This according to Italian journalist Niccolo Ceccarini, who reports in his column for TuttoMercatoWeb that these are two potential pieces of transfer business for the Nerazzurri on which there has been movement in the past days.

Bremer is a major target to bolster the defense at Inter ahead of next season, with the 24-year-old’s form for the Granata having marked him out as a potential target to succeed Stefan de Vrij in the long term.

According to Ceccarini, the Nerazzurri are not waiting around to try and sign the Brazilian, and have been accelerating in the process of trying to make a deal for him.

“Inter, who always remain at the window for Dybala, are trying to move forward on the defensive front,” he writes. “Here the priority option remains Bremer.”

“It is clear that the probable departure of De Vrij opens up a void,” he continues, “and this is why Marotta and Ausilio are in search of the best solution. And the Brazilian defender at Torino is undoubtedly the first choice even if he will cost at least €25 million.”

A midfielder capable of backing up Brozovic in the squad is another priority that has come up for the Nerazzurri based on recent performers, and Ceccarini also has a name for this role who would be available on a freetransfer.

“Meanwhile, there is a possibility for the role of Brozovic deptuy. It is Kamara, whose contract is expiring with Marseille,” he writes.

Ceccarini also writes about the situation of striker Lautaro Martinez at Inter, explaining that “As far as Lautaro is concerned, the position of the club is very clear.”

“The Argentine striker remains central and fundamental in the Nerazzurri project but in the face of a great offer, Inter will still think about selling him,” he writes.

“In short, it’s necessary to understand whether a big European club will come forward with a concrete offer,” he elaborates. “Liverpool is a possibility especially if Salah leaves at the end of this season.”
