Inter striker Lautaro Martinez is beginning to grow frustrated with the constant speculation about his future at the Nerazzurri.

This according to Italian news outlet Calciomercato.com, who report that the Argentine is agitated with the degree to which his place in the team is cast in doubt by transfer market rumours, and is sick of the distractions.

Martinez had been linked with an exit from Inter last summer with top clubs in La Liga and the Premier League reportedly pursuing him, but in the end he stayed in Milan instead and extended his contract with the Nerazzurri in the fall.

However, the interest in the Argentine has not gone away, and with the Nerazzurri potentially having to sell a big name player in the summer for financial reasons he has been tipped as the likeliest player to be sacrificed.

The 24-year-old has had patches of indifferent form this season which have seen him come in for criticism, and given that there remains significant interest in him still, the club could see this as the right time to cash in on him and replace him in attack.

However, for his part, the player is happy at Inter and feels unsettled by the amount of speculation in the media there is about his future, and he prefers to keep his focus on the pitch and on contributing to the team when he can.
