The idea of moving the new stadium to Sesto San Giovanni is getting more and more attractive but Inter must wait to see what AC Milan’s new owners want to do, according to a report in the Italian print media.

As has been reported by Tuttosport today, the possible path that leads to a new stadium being built in Sesto San Giovanni is becoming more popular than the prospect of trying to build the new San Siro stadium in San Siro.

This is because there has been a huge amount of time and money spent trying to make progress in San Siro and the progress that has been made does not appease either club.

In Sesto San Giovanni, it is thought that the bureaucratic processes would be less time consuming because there is a better space already available.

Inter must wait to see what AC Milan’s prospective new owners Investcorp want to do as they may want to build their own separate stadium.
