Inter head coach Simone Inzaghi has emphasized to his team the importance of starting fresh psychologically beginning with this evening’s Serie A clash with Udinese.

This according to today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, who report that the focus of the coach’s message to his players has been staying calm and not letting the season get out of their control.

Wednesday’s Serie A loss to Bologna was a major blow to the Nerazzurri as it took their fate out of their hands in the Serie A title race and brought what had been an excellent period of form to a screeching halt.

However, the coach has been keen to emphasize with his players and staff that the team are still strong enough to get back on their feet immediately and that their attitude must reflect this.

The coach feels that the team must show composure and go about the rest of the season without fixating on the pressure, and has told his players that they have the quality to reach their goals if they are calm and patient.
