Legendary former Juventus and Inter midfielder and former Nerazzurri coach Marco Tardelli feels that Paulo Dybala can find his best form if he makes the switch to Inter this summer.

Speaking to Italian broadcaster Adnkronos, Tardelli gave the view that the 28-year-old has the professionalism and quality to make a significant impact with the Nerazzurri.

Dybala is reportedly close to agreeing a move to the Nerazzurri on a free transfer this summer, and the Argentine’s transfer would represent one of the highest-profile moves within Serie A in some time if it is to transpire.

There are questions lingering around the 28-year-old’s consistency and potential injury issues, but Tardelli believes that he has the right characteristics to make it work.

The former Nerazzurri coach backed Dybala to work hard and show what he’s capable of with a change of scenery if he is to complete the move to Inter for next season.

“Dybala is a total professional,” he said, “going to Inter could be the right choice for him. I think that the Nerazzurri could be the right team for him to revive his career after the past couple seasons at Juve have been less than stellar.”

“The player’s quality is not up for debate,” he added.
