Inter are confident that they can get a deal done for Roma midfielder Henrikh Mkhitaryan done despite the Giallorossi having made him another contract extension offer.

This according to today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Corriere della Sera, who report that the Nerazzurri are worried that the 33-year-old will change his mind and accept the latest offer from his current club.

Inter have moved fast to make Mkhitaryan an offer ahead of next season, but they are in no rush to get the agreement done and feel that despite the Giallorossi’s most recent attempts to keep hold of the Armenian they will be able to sign him.

Meanwhile, the Corriere also report that the Nerazzurri are not in any hurry to sign either Paulo Dybala or a replacement for Ivan Perisic on the left, and feel confident that they can get these deals done without much hassle later on in the window.
