Inter owners Suning have asked the club to end the summer transfer window with a net profit of €80 million as well as slashing the wage bill at the club by 15%.

This according to today’s print edition of Rome-based newspaper La Repubblica, who report that the Nerazzurri’s financial targets for the summer could be more ambitious than the €60 million net profit that has been widely reported already,

The incoming financial restrictions to be imposed by UEFA to replace Financial Fair Play could play a significant role in the financial objectives of all Italian clubs, including the likes of Juventus and AC Milan.

In order to try and avoid penalties under the new regulations, the Nerazzurri could observe even stricter financial restrictions during the summer transfer window.

To this end, the owners are reportedly asking for a net profit of €80 million to arrive from the transfer market this summer in addition to the reduction of the wage bill.
