Defender Alessandro Bastoni has no interest in leaving Inter this summer despite transfer interest from the likes of Tottenham Hotspur, Manchester United, Manchester City, and Real Madrid.

This according to Italian news outlet FCInterNews, who report that the 23-year-old strongly prefers to remain at the Nerazzurri for next season rather than move, whilst coach Simone Inzgahi is also pushing to keep hold of him.

Bastoni has been one of the players most strongly linked with a summer exit from Inter, with the club likely having to make a big money sale in order to meet financial targets for the summer transfer window.

If an offer worth €70 million is to arrive, then it could be difficult for the Nerazzurri to reject it, but for his part Bastoni is happy at Inter, and would be reluctant to leave and to uproot his family life in Milan.

The defender’s situation is still uncertain given the interest in him from some of Europe’s elite, but for his part he is not hoping for a transfer.
