Manchester United and Bayern Munich are interested in signing Inter wingback Denzel Dumfries, although they have not yet made a formal offer.

This according to Italian news outlet Calciomercato.com, who report that the Nerazzurri would consider allowing the 26-year-old to leave for the right offer if it meant avoiding the sale of another big name player.

Dumfries only joined the Nerazzurri from PSV last summer, but his form has already attracted significant transfer attention, with both United and Bayern keen on his signature.

If one of the two is to make a sizable offer for the Dutchman, Inter would strongly consider a sale as they could then avoid having to sell a player like Alessandro Bastoni or Lautaro Martinez, and they have already lined possible replacements up.

The Nerazzurri are closing in on the signing of Cagliari right-wingback Raoul Bellanova, while if Dumfries were to depart another player would be signed in the position.

Lazio wingback Manuel Lazzari would be one target, having already worked successfully with coach Simone Inzaghi at the Biancocelesti, as would Shakhtar Donetsk’s Dodo.

Lastly, Juventus right-back Juan Cuadrado would be available on a free transfer and among the Nerazzurri’s targets to replace Dumfries.
