Inter wingback Denzel Dumfries has gained something of a reputation for a very serious demeanour and facial expressions, usually looking focused and intense on the pitch and even in training.
However, the 26-year-old is not always completely serious, and can enjoy more light-hearted moments and show off his smile when he’s not preoccupied with football.
Dumfries posted a snapshot from training with the Dutch national team to show the fans that he doesn’t always wear a serious expression.
He captioned the post, “When they say: ‘you never smile.'”
