Paris Saint-Germain have asked Inter for information about the availability of defender Milan Skriniar, but the Nerazzurri have placed a very high asking price on him.

This according to Sky Sport Italia transfer market expert Gianluca Di Marzio, who reports on his homepage that the Nerazzurri have made clear that it would take a massive financial effort to sign the 27-year-old and that this is keeping the French champions from making a bid.

Skriniar has emerged as a target for PSG, and the Parisians’ Sporting Director Luis Campos met with the Nerazzurri today where inquiring about the Slovak defender was one of the main items on his agenda.

The Nerazzurri’s stance was clear that they will only sell Skriniar if a massive offer comes in, even with a big name sale potentially necessary during the summer window.

For now, PSG have been warned off by Inter’s valuation of the defender, although they could still return with an offer.
